The BangTower project was formed to explore new musical landscapes by bringing together artists from different musical specialties, disciplines and physical locations to create something exciting and exceptional.
Their debut "Casting Shadows" (2010) features bassist Percy Jones, Grammy winning guitarist/engineer/producer Neil Citron and "Drum Guru" Walter Garces.
The follow-up single “This is My Town”, was released digitally in 2013.
The 2nd album "With N With Out" (2016) features the original members along with guest artists including drummers Frankie Banali, Rodger Carter & Josh Greenbaum, bassists Jon Pomplin, Robbie “Pag” Pagliari, Joan Fraley, Chris Colovus and Justin Stone on piano.
The 3rd record (a Digital EP) "Hey, Where'd Everybody Go?" (2017) features the return of Neil, "Pag" and the late Frankie Banali (Quiet Riot).
Released in both CD and digital version, the 4th album “The Road We Travel” (2019) with Neil and Pag also includes tracks from “Hey, Where’d Everybody Go?” remastered for CD.
In 2022 the line-up featured the return of Neil and Jon and the addition of drummer Joshua Seth Eagan. The first singles "Does it Really Matter" and "Better Man" were released in spring and fall of 2022. The holiday classic "I'll Be Home for Christmas, originally on the sophomore CD, was released to digital and streaming formats that winter. BangTower continues to explore new material so stay tuned.
